A very popular Hammar liferaft release
system to fit all liferafts. It reacts to water
pressure alone, and can be released at all
angles. The glass fibre reinforced
casing surrounds a pressure chamber with
a thin membrane, which activates a spring
loaded blade to release the liferaft. Lasts 2
years before replacement required.
